We offer a free initial consultation during which we will discuss your ideas and requirements.  If you decide to engage our services we will carry out an accurate survey, provide  a set of "as existing" CAD drawings and arrange an initial sketch design meeting.  Once this design is approved by you we will then prepare a full set of CAD drawings suitable for either Permitted Development, Planning Permission or Building Regulations approval.
